Description
Novice gumshoe Maisie Dobbs receives her first big break when a man hires her to spy on his adulterous wife. However, Maisie soon finds herself with a homicide case after gaining access to a secretive community of World War I veterans that may have played a part in a young soldier's mysterious death. As Maisie digs a little deeper into the night lives of the late Roaring Twenties, she discovers some very sinister secrets.
